WISCONSIN — Candidates interested in running for state and federal office in the November 2024 general election returned their nomination papers on Monday, June 3.
Some races, such as for U.S. Senate and to represent the new Assembly District 33, have a full slate of candidates, requiring a primary to narrow the field.
Five Republican challengers filed nomination papers for Incumbent Democrat Tammy Baldwin’s seat. At the same time, Assembly Speaker Robin Vos (R-Rochester) must win his primary against Andrew Cegielski to move to the November election.
The primary election is Tues., Aug. 13.
